Say Goodbye to Stress and Anxiety…….Tea for Well-being!

Well-being with Tea is a common term used for centuries…teas contain certain effective anti-oxidants and health-enhancing properties which is a boon in today’s age. Stress and anxiety have taken over our lives in a drastic way, and due to rigid schedules, we hardly find time for ourselves to heal our body and mind.

I have been part of such a life where I used to spend a minimum of 12 hours a day and by evening my mind used to be completely drained out. I found respite with teas …..and a hot cup of tea before you sleep is really a refreshing and the most relaxing method to bring on the next day with a bright smile. There are numerous herbal teas easily available but I would really like to mention “Lavender Tea”. This was introduced to me by my sister and it’s an important part of my daily schedule. Lavender tea is very easily available online and is quite reasonable. This tea has been used as an aromatherapy agent that helps calm nerves, eases stress, and anxiety. It has proved to boost immunity and lifts up the mood. This tea may also improve your skin health which I believe is because it helps you sleep better.

My suggestion- Please consume this tea once or twice before going regular with it since it may cause headache or nausea. Additionally, please speak to your healthcare advisor before consumption if you have serious underlying conditions. All in all, it’s a great option if you are suffering from insomnia or anxiety.
