I believe that every person has their own way of leading a healthy lifestyle. For me, I love to eat everything but aim for adding at least 03 colors to my plate. A healthy lifestyle is not about dieting or intermittent fasting, it is about a schedule that you set for yourself in order to reach the goal that you have been aiming for in terms of weight loss or even for curing an ailment.
I have recently started working on myself with dedication and with a schedule, the following are the initial steps that you could take too;
- Wake and sleep at the same time every day, wake up preferably by 7.
- I am sure everyone has an exercise pattern however, try a morning walk for about 20mins at least other than your regular exercise.
- Add one hot water drink to your schedule, it could be either only hot water or Carom seeds water (Ajwain) or cummin seeds water (Jeera) or green tea / Jasmine tea (post-dinner), etc.
- Reduce your food portion size and add more meals to your diet.
- Do not look for substitutes, go traditional.
- Believe in detox.
These are some integral methods to start your self-healing and lifestyle change journey, which I am sure would make the difference and it has helped me.
Eat for the body you want, not for the body you have!
