Matte or Demi-Matte? Huda Beauty Lipstick for you!

Huda Beauty has one of the lightest wear lipsticks in the market infused with a unique complex that provides extreme hydration. Additionally, there are add ons available with each kind of lip color so as to enhance the look of your day to day wear lipstick.

I recently added two more shades to my Huda beauty lipstick collection and bought one of each – Liquid Matte and Demi- Matte.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte is a really easy glide on lipstick that sets in immediately on application. The shade really shows after about 30 seconds and can be best worn with a Huda Beauty Hydra-Plumping Lip balm. The matte finish is so unique that it does not dry up the lips at all and feels smooth and light.

My shade- Gossip Gurl Liquid Matte Lipstick is a beautiful shade of pink and is not loud at all.

NOTE- It’s best to swatch on the inner side of your hand once before buying since each shade may vary based on skin tone once set.

Huda Beauty Demi-Matte Lipstick is a cream base lipstick that leaves a satin finish look. There is always a shine on your lips but stays like a matte lipstick. One of my favorite lipsticks since I usually end up applying a gloss on my matte lipsticks for a little shine. Appropriate lipstick for day wear as well as evening wear. The lipstick has a little menthol in its composition hence may give a tingling effect. Holds a velvety finish all day long and does not let your lip dehydrate.

My Shade- SHEro cream Lipstick – Huda Beauty Demi-Matte. The shade falls between a nude and a light rusty brown. Perfect as evening wear and does not need to touch up for hours.

NOTE- Best used with Huda Beauty Lip Contour Matte pencil since it defines the lip well and fits best with Huda Beauty Lipsticks.
