Avoiding Dairy?… Check out these super easy & Healthy Breakfast Smoothies..!

I know it has been a while that I have shared something with my readers, well, that is because I have been working on a diet that mainly to avoid gluten, dairy, and sugar!

I understand that our job or home demands more, or there is no me time, hence I chose to share a little bit of change that could at least help you make a healthy start. when I decided to change my lifestyle, I read multiple options for smoothies or dairy-free drinks but believe me not all of them are palatable. However, I liked a few concoctions and could not wait to share them with my readers!

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Use frozen or fresh blueberries, add cold banana to the mixer and make this smoothie either using low-fat Greek yogurt or Almond milk. Serve chilled!

Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Cold chunks of your favorite kind of mango, mix it with low-fat Greek yogurt. Add a few flax seeds and a pinch of cinnamon.

Try these out with your breakfast meal and I am sure you would feel super active and healthy all day!
