Relish Tea to Sleep Better!

“Tea”, the most valued possession in each and every household brings in lots of goodness. Some drink tea to stay fresh all day, some find it a necessity to wake up and start their day, however, some enjoy tea for its benefits..Well…I too would like to share my insight on how it has an amazing effect if consumed before bedtime!

I have previously shared in one of my post which highlighted another aspects of tea….

..however, just to add on one more kinds and the most effective one is the “Chamomile Tea”…well, to be fair its not actually tea. Here the leaves of Chamomile are dried and infused in hot water. This infusion can be consumed with honey or ginger (The way you like!) but has a remarkable affect on your sleep. This infusion not only relaxes you but may also benefit you in other ways such as promote skin health, improve your heart health…it way also boost your immunity.
