Blueberry Teacakes Recipe…that always takes me back to my childhood!
Whether on a diet or not, snacking during the day for me is a must! My Mother prepared exquisite healthy and scrumptious recipes and took delight in them. I love desserts and this recipe is straight from my Mother’s kitchen and a bit improvised by me……. Let’s begin with the recipe; Wet Ingredients Egg- 01 Large Sugar – 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup (Finely granulated / Demerara sugar / Caster Sugar)- In case not available, regular home sugar can be used too.
