Walk your Way to Better Lifestyle!!

I would not call myself a gym or workout enthusiast but the current pandemic scenario has changed my perspective about exercising and after trying almost everything, I believe and really encourage walking!
Walking may sound simple and those who are looking at shedding a few pounds may feel it be a waste of time or effort since it’s simple and takes its own time. But let me tell you, it’s not always about losing weight. You may gym rigorously for a few days and diet but does that give you inner happiness. If it does, then this post is not for you, and wish you all success in your efforts for losing weight.
I am sanguine you would find numerous medical benefits of walking by surfing on the internet but I would like to share my insights for TheLuxeAura readers;
- Walking is practically a simple way to burn calories and you can do this at your own pace but have to be regular and diligent.
- Walking brings in balance physically and mentally. Studies have proved that walking boosts mental health and reduces stress levels. In today’s times, it’s all about mental balance.
- Regular walking increases and boosts blood circulation, this not only keeps you refreshed and active all day but enhances coordination and attentiveness. Although a good healthy breakfast after a long morning walk is crucial.
- I generally tend to walk slower initially, since it takes about 15 minutes for your body to warm up and then brisk or medium-paced walking is good. Try to walk for about 45 minutes minimum for results.
- If you are stressed out at work or are having a bad day, try getting out of your office space and walk for about 10 minutes in an open area or an empty corridor, I am sure you would feel better and it would uplift your mood.
Cant walk alone….find a walking partner, motivate yourself by listening to songs or sing yourself but make sure you walk regularly since it’s the only way to great health and a happy day!
