Oven Story Pizza …Their Flavors take you back to India – Review!

Born and homegrown in India, Oven Story Pizza is a brand that offers a variety of Cheese bases for their Pizza. With their recent move to the UAE market, they have been attracting a great number of cheese lovers.

Oven Story Pizzas’ (Rebel Foods) in UAE is also very Indian with a huge burst of flavors and a soft crust. Their Pizzas’ in Dubai have been customized for the market and with varied seasonings as per their customers’ palate.

My Review-

I went with their most sold Pizza, however, my experience wasn’t very exciting. The taste did remind me of Indian pizzas which is always a plus for me but the cheese (which they are popular about) wasn’t tasteful. There are multiple options of cheese and the expectation is that the Pizza would have a huge amount of it. I received a slightly dry pizza with minimal cheese and the toppings weren’t very attractive either. Being a hotelier I had a different impression of “Cheese Fondue” and my pizza merely had a design made with cheese on the top.

Overall not a very pleasant experience, but may try again all for the other interesting options on their menu and cheese add-on suggestions. Also, it is cost-effective and in line with the rates offered by other Pizza restaurants.
