What are you drinking first thing in the morning?

What is the first drink of the day…are you only relying on water? What you need is something that would kick start your day and work on your body all day. These are two-valued drinks that I have first thing after I wake up which has helped me immensely!

Jeera Water (Cumin water) is one of the most effective drink that not only boosts your immunity but provides innumerable benefits to all ages. Jeera water can either be prepared at night by soaking a few seeds overnight in a glass full of water or can be consumed in the morning like tea by boiling a few seeds. Some of its uses are, it does wonders to your skin, improves your cardiac health, is anti-inflammatory.

Methi dana water (Fenugreek water). A very effective drink for metabolism and digestion and should be soaked overnight in a glass of water. This water strained and consumed first thing in the morning boosts fat burning and your overall health.

These two healthy add ons to your daily schedule would reduce your restrictions!
