Damac Hills (2) Community and its Greenhouse!

We recently moved to DAMAC Hills (2) by Damac. It is located at the Al Qudra road (the most convenient landmark). A beautifully designed community with smartly constructed villas and well-defined clusters. This community is pretty self-sufficient and a well-defined plan is still in progress. We have a community center….a golf course…a dog park (where do you find that in communities…only for dogs! One of my favorite places). There are grounds for each kind of sports and numerous swimming pools with activities. Another favorite location for me, an amateur fitness enthusiast, is the enormous gym with types of equipment that you name and it is there! All in all, a uniquely planned, designed, and envisioned community is practically an actual Oasis in the Desert.

The recent announcements from DAMAC did also mentioned new ideas and plan related to water bodies and more activities which we are eagerly looking forward to and would be best described by them!

I understand that most people want to live where the city is just a few kms and its all accessible, but if you are in Dubai…distance doesn’t matter cause we have it all and everywhere!

For me, one of the reasons I moved to this community, was a huge Greenhouse and DAMAC nursery for indoor and outdoor plants. They have an artificial wadi designed with some harmless domestic animals that are literally living their lives. This greenhouse has a great team that works effectively in managing plants and trees. I have had a chance to interact with their staff and their passion reflects in their work. This DAMAC Greenhouse and well-managed plants of all seasons and the walk through it is really calming.
